A D2iQ Case Study
Ziff Media Group, a digital portfolio in technology, culture, and shopping, needed a better way to manage Kubernetes independently and get timely support. As an early adopter of cloud-native tools, the team had run into challenges with a proprietary Kubernetes offering that limited flexibility, slowed integrations, and created long delays when support issues arose.
To solve this, Ziff Media Group migrated to D2iQ Konvoy. With D2iQ, the team moved to a pure open source Kubernetes stack, gained fast support over Slack, and was able to stand up staging and production environments in less than two months. The results included 15-minute initial support response times, sandbox clusters identical to production in about 30 minutes, and the ability to manage 82 Kubernetes projects and 175 applications with greater speed, stability, and confidence.
