Hesselby Slott, a historic castle conference venue in Sweden, needed reliable wireless coverage across all rooms and buildings for guests using laptops, tablets, and smartphones. The main challenge was the listed status of the building, with thick stone walls, while also requiring strong capacity, redundancy, centralized administration, and room to scale as the venue expanded. D-Link was brought in to provide the wireless infrastructure.

D-Link implemented a complete solution including wireless access points, antennas, switches, a firewall, and central web-based management. The deployment delivered coverage and capacity that exceeded expectations, and the network administrator can now manage all access points centrally through the web interface. The system is also future-proof and easy to scale as Hesselby Slott grows.
