Kaya Skin Clinic, a chain of more than 23 clinics across the UAE, Oman, KSA and Kuwait, needed a robust and scalable IP telephony solution to connect headquarters with all branches and support centralized access, reporting, IVR integration with ERP, and call recording. D-Link was selected to provide the communications infrastructure, including POE switches, IP PBX, and IP phones.
