The W. Edwards Deming Institute, a nonprofit focused on advancing Deming’s philosophy and leadership teachings, needed a way to deliver high-quality learning at scale with a team of just five people. Its previous platform lacked the flexibility, automation, and scalability needed for self-paced learning, making it difficult to expand reach without adding administrative burden.

Using CYPHER Learning and its DemingNEXT eLearning platform, the institute introduced interactive modules, automation, personalized learning paths, group enrollment tools, and API integration with Deming.org.
