Burleson Independent School District’s REALM program needed a way to keep students engaged in a gamified, blended learning environment while supporting self-paced instruction, personalized learning, standards alignment, and easier grading and feedback. The district turned to CYPHER Learning and its LMS to house lessons, support progress tracking, and provide the structure needed for a rigorous, individualized curriculum.

With CYPHER Learning, Burleson ISD implemented a flexible platform for blended and self-paced learning, assessments, gradebook management, mobile notifications, and interactive tools like video assignments. The results included stronger student engagement and motivation, more personalized instruction, faster feedback, and simpler grading for teachers, with students able to track progress and work toward mastery more independently.
