Kerridge significantly expanded their training efforts to their resellers, leaders, and employees with CYPHER

Kerridge Commercial Systems, a global software and solutions company with over 1,200 staff across 10 countries, faced a rising challenge of scaling in-person training as it expanded internationally. After trying basic plug-and-play platforms that lacked flexibility and reliable SCORM support, Kerridge turned to CYPHER Learning’s LMS (implemented beginning in 2017) to create a more structured, customizable and scalable e-learning environment.

CYPHER Learning helped Kerridge build multiple portals (starting with IQ Education Junction in 2017 and adding KCS University in 2019) to deliver product training, internal upskilling and leadership programs with features like course resources, learner progress tracking, grading, drag-and-drop content and accurate active-user reporting. Adoption was smooth and self-paced, and measurable outcomes include about 550 active learners, 198 resellers certified, 128 leaders trained in a three-step program and over 250 employees added to product curricula—demonstrating improved engagement, consistency and new training avenues enabled by CYPHER Learning.
