Nations Trust Bank, a top-15 Sri Lankan bank with 96 branches and 127 ATMs, faced the challenge of delivering mandatory training to a widely distributed workforce. To centralize learning, they adopted MATRIX LMS, a product of CYPHER Learning, with implementation and e-learning content recommended and supported by DESIGNBOO (Pvt).

CYPHER Learning’s MATRIX LMS provided gamification (virtual certifications, badges, bonus points), robust reporting, a support forum and reliable uptime, with two employees initially trained by DESIGNBOO. The solution enabled delivery of mandatory courses across all 96 branches, increased learner engagement and competition, and gave administrators actionable performance reports to target course improvements and inform career-advancement decisions.
