East Boston Neighborhood Health Center - Customer Case Study

East Boston Neighborhood Health Center (EBNHC), a healthcare provider serving thousands of patients, needed stronger endpoint security as ransomware threats like WannaCry and Petya/NotPetya grew more dangerous. Their existing signature-based endpoint protection had limited heuristic capability, leaving the organization concerned it might not stop unknown threats. To address this, EBNHC evaluated Cynet and its Cynet 360 platform.

Cynet deployed first on a small set of desktops and then expanded across the organization’s full environment, ultimately covering about 1,200 endpoints plus servers. The solution provided real-time endpoint alerts, greater visibility, and faster investigation and remediation from within the platform, helping EBNHC quickly detect ransomware and phishing threats with near zero false positives.
