Sea Star Beachwear Sees 10% YoY Growth in Dropship Sales with Cymbio

Sea Star Beachwear, a functional yet fashionable water shoe brand, wanted to grow its dropship sales with major retailers but lacked the team size and resources to scale manually. The company needed a way to allocate inventory across channels and automate product syncing without adding operational overhead.

To solve this, Sea Star Beachwear worked with Cymbio to automate its marketplace e-commerce operations by integrating ApparelMagic and its WMS with retailer websites. With Cymbio, the brand launched on retailers like Maisonette and Nordstrom and expanded to additional platforms including Hudson’s Bay, Neiman Marcus, Saks, and QVC. The result was 2,458 dropship sales in 2022, over $200,000 in GMV, and 2,898 products sold through dropship retailers, a 10.4% increase from 2021, all while reducing manual work for the team.
