EQ3, the Canadian furniture retailer, wanted to improve its online shopping experience as it expanded its digital journey. With Cylindo’s web-AR and Google Analytics integration, EQ3 enabled mobile shoppers to view furniture in their own space and track performance across conversion, transactions, and AOV. Cylindo’s solution helped EQ3 achieve 429% more AR shoppers, a 112% higher conversion for AR users versus non-users, and a 2x higher AOV and 3x higher conversion rate among mobile AR users, while a QR-code desktop flow increased AR adoption by transferring shoppers to mobile.
