EQ3, the Canadian furniture retailer, needed a better way to present highly customizable products online, some with more than 30 million configuration options. To solve this challenge, EQ3 looked for a product visualization partner that could help simplify the buying journey and create engaging content across digital channels. Cylindo’s 360 HD Viewer and 3D asset library gave EQ3 a more flexible way to showcase products with true-to-life detail.

With Cylindo, EQ3 repurposed 3D assets for room planning, web AR, Google Shopping feeds, marketplaces, and in-store experiences. The impact was significant: EQ3 reported a 36% increase in conversions, an 88% increase in AOV, and a 116% increase in page views. They also cut Google Shopping feed image creation from six months to 1–2 hours, while AR users showed a 112% higher conversion rate and 2x higher AOV.
