Brown Jordan, a high-end outdoor furniture brand, needed a better way to translate its in-store luxury experience to the web for trade, commercial, residential, and design audiences. Traditional product photography was too limited and inconsistent to support customization, reuse, or the level of detail customers and designers expected.

To solve this, Brown Jordan partnered with Cylindo and implemented a 360 HD Viewer product configurator, 3D visualization, and Cylindo Create to reuse assets across web, social, and print. The result was a more consistent brand experience, improved user engagement, and higher file downloads, including a 19.83% increase in average time on page, while also building a future-proof 3D asset library for new digital uses.
