B&R Enclosures, a leading specialist in enclosure and cabinet manufacturing in Australasia, faced repeated ransomware attacks that bypassed its web gateway security and signature-based antivirus. The company could not identify how the attackers were getting in, and its mobile workforce made constant AV updates difficult to maintain.

B&R Enclosures deployed CylancePROTECT to add an AI-based layer of endpoint protection alongside a next-generation firewall. Since then, the company has not sustained another ransomware attack, now quarantines approximately a half dozen files per month, and has reduced the number of new computer or server builds and associated man hours.
