The customer struggled with preparing data for GST annual returns and audits, lacked clear SAP configuration knowledge, and needed trial balance reports for 35 business locations.

Cygnet TaxTech developed a customized SAP Z Report solution for trial balance, with reconciliation to financial statements and sales ledgers, plus a user-friendly dashboard for period-wise, business-place-wise, and general-ledger access. The solution improved GSTIN-wise trial balance extraction and strengthened internal audit and controls, while also training end users on the reporting tools.
