Migration from MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 to MS Dynamics CRM 2011 Online

Cygnet Infotech helped a leading pricing, risk management and accounting solutions company in the USA migrate from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Online. The customer needed a modern, online CRM platform to access data anytime, improve functionality, and preserve existing security, user rights, and business processes during the transition.

Cygnet Infotech handled the migration in two phases using Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK: first upgrading and reconstructing about 50,000 records and custom solutions to Dynamics CRM 2011 on-premise, then moving them to CRM 2011 Online with a custom counter tool. The project reduced the risk of data corruption, maintained key relationships and functionality, and delivered benefits such as lower infrastructure and maintenance costs, easier access to CRM data, improved business intelligence, and more flexible solution customization and sharing.
