South Africa Based Telecom Company, a telecom provider in South Africa, managed more than 50 Java-based websites and needed a single, cost-effective way to automate template-based messaging and email delivery for users across all of them. The company wanted to streamline bulk communications and receive automatic status reports on message delivery and failures. Cygnet Infotech stepped in to address this challenge with a centralized messaging approach, using Java along with Groovy & Grails.

Cygnet Infotech built a central client-server messaging service and Java client/web services that could be distributed to any Java-based website, eliminating the need for separate technical setups on each site.
