USA Manufacturing Company, a machinery manufacturer in the United States, relied on a warehouse management system to generate purchase orders for many suppliers, but faced major challenges because each supplier used different order-processing systems. Cygnet Infotech stepped in to help automate the warehouse purchase order process using BizTalk 2006 R2 and related Microsoft technologies, eliminating manual work caused by incompatible systems.

Cygnet Infotech integrated the client’s WMS and ERP with supplier systems through BizTalk orchestration, ESB-based messaging, maps, and load balancing to enable smooth XML-based communication and PO processing. The solution improved order-processing efficiency, reduced time-to-market, shortened third-party onboarding, simplified supplier coordination, and strengthened inventory management and reporting while cutting down overall manufacturing cycle time.
