Leadoo, a Finland-based conversion optimization platform led by CEO Mikael da Costa, needed a better way to deliver integrations for customers who required Leadoo to fit into their existing sales and marketing stacks. Before Cyclr, Leadoo either handed integration instructions to customers to implement via Zapier or built integrations for them in Leadoo’s own Zapier account — both approaches were time-consuming and didn’t scale.

Leadoo implemented Cyclr’s embedded iPaaS to natively build and manage connectors (starting with Hubspot) inside their product, allowing rapid scaling of integrations and faster bespoke integration work. Using Cyclr, Leadoo now has 5 active connectors, has significantly reduced the time to set up integrations, can combine Hubspot sales data with website behavior to improve timing and personalization of outreach, and expects integration-driven customer growth to rise as they expand to more CRM and marketing systems.
