Drive Social Media, a US-based full-service digital advertising agency that runs the Marketing Milk SaaS analytics platform, needed to replace manual data entry and spreadsheets with automated flows to accurately attribute first-touch marketing events and apply branching logic across client data. They selected Cyclr for its easy-to-use integration platform, strong support, and the ability to implement complex branching logic for their integrations.

Cyclr implemented a scalable integration solution connecting sources such as RingCentral, Facebook Offline, Google Sheets and Marketing Milk, supporting ~1,500 active workflows, 40 active connectors and 2–3 million API calls/tasks per month. With about 25 Drive team members building integrations, 40% of Drive’s clients now run Cyclr-powered integrations, saving an estimated at least one hour per week per client in setup and maintenance, enabling real-time ad bidding adjustments, better first-touch attribution, and reduced developer overhead thanks to Cyclr.
