The John Whitgift Foundation - Customer Case Study

The John Whitgift Foundation, a charity, faced a gap in staff awareness of cyber risks and was reliant on an external consultancy to handle phishing and other security concerns. To engage employees directly and build lasting security behaviour, the foundation adopted CybSafe’s platform, including CybSafe Protect and CybSafe Assist, to deliver ongoing reminders and targeted learning.

CybSafe rolled out its platform across office staff, giving employees timely nudges, refresher courses and actionable metrics for administrators. As a result, 42% of people improved their passphrase, 71% reported adopting secure behaviours after CybSafe interventions, and there was a 75% improvement related to passphrases exposed on the dark web; the foundation is now less dependent on external teams and staff are better able to recognise and report phishing.
