Genius Sports Group, a global sports data and technology company working with leagues like the NBA and Premier League, needed to move beyond low-engagement, tick-box security training and gain better analytics on human risk. To address this they selected CybSafe’s platform—deploying the Awareness Hub, Behaviour Change Hub and Culture Hub across their workforce (around 1,500 people)—to deliver a unified, scalable and more engaging approach to human cyber security.
CybSafe supported a high-impact rollout and ongoing engagement program; within two months 95% of staff had started and completed the full CybSafe course, 42% completed the course the same day they were enrolled, and 83% improved passphrase behaviour. CybSafe’s short weekly modules, in-platform user insights and reporting sparked security conversations, enabled personalised office reports and regional infosec champions, and drove measurable behaviour change without disrupting productivity.
