Hunter Fan, a long-established manufacturer of ceiling fans and home comfort products, needed a reliable, easy-to-manage labeling and document-processing solution to support growing order volumes and multi-channel shipping requirements. MIS Director Ray Curry turned to CYBRA Corporation and its MarkMagic document and barcode label software to handle compliance labels, packing slips and other forms across Zebra thermal and IBM laser printers.
CYBRA Corporation’s MarkMagic, used alongside Manhattan PkMS, was implemented to print compliance labels, combination packing slips, RMAs, credit memos, invoices and AP checks; Hunter Fan upgraded to MarkMagic Enterprise Edition as needs expanded. The solution delivered instant label changes with no compiling or uploads and generates output “as quick as the printers can print,” giving Hunter Fan fast, low-overhead document production since 1999 and a measurable boost in operational efficiency and flexibility.
