Cybit implemented a solution based on the Qlik analytics platform, including Qlik Sense and the Qlik Analytics Platform (QAP). This provided easy-to-use dashboards for both internal use and public-facing data, significantly improving efficiency and transparency. The time to produce key monthly reports was reduced by 80%, slashing the cost from £15,600 to £2,800. The solution also enhanced data security and enabled the council to become self-sufficient in creating and publishing their own reports.
