Meati Foods launches nationwide in March 2023 with Cybertrol Engineering

Meati Foods, a producer of a meat alternative made from mushroom root, faced the challenge of scaling up from a pilot facility to a full-scale production plant. They partnered with Cybertrol Engineering to implement a state-of-the-art control system to manage this rapid expansion and enable efficient commercial production.

Cybertrol Engineering built a solution using the Rockwell Automation platform, which included PlantPAx and Allen-Bradley ControlLogix controllers. This system allowed for real-time monitoring of up to 10,000 data points, enabling Meati to optimize its processes. The project was completed on schedule, resulting in the successful launch of a nationwide product and earning Cybertrol the 2023 Rockwell Automation PartnerNetwork Award for Sustainability.
