A Cybertill Case Study
The British Red Cross, a major humanitarian organization, faced significant challenges managing its UK-wide network of charity shops. Before implementing Cybertill, its 323 shops operated in isolation with basic equipment, lacking a unified system to provide accurate business information, manage stock, or communicate effectively with head office. This made it difficult to grow the business and take advantage of revenue opportunities like Gift Aid reclaims on donated goods.
Cybertill implemented its RetailStore EPoS system, a cloud-based retail management platform, to address these issues. The solution provided real-time data, streamlined stock management, and improved communication between head office and the shops. As a result, the British Red Cross eliminated paperwork, launched campaigns faster, and improved Gift Aid processing, which alone is estimated to raise an additional £500,000 annually. Cybertill also provided the scalable system needed for future business expansion.
