The School District of Hartford, an elementary public school district in Hartford, Wisconsin, upgraded to Microsoft Office 365 and wanted to make sure its new web-based applications were as secure as its internal systems. With a small IT team, the district needed stronger identity management without adding administrative burden. CyberRes, through its NetIQ offerings, provided the tools to help centralize and secure access.

CyberRes implemented NetIQ Identity Manager alongside NetIQ Access Manager and eDirectory, using the Office 365 Driver to synchronize accounts between the district’s local directory and Office 365. The result was centralized user management, automatic provisioning, a single set of credentials across systems, and significantly reduced manual work for IT, improving productivity and control over access to web apps.
