Richardson International, Canada’s largest privately owned agribusiness, needed a secure way to give its 2,500 employees across 90 sites easier access to core business applications while improving self-service and supporting mobile use. CyberRes, through its NetIQ solutions, helped address the challenge with Identity Manager and Access Manager, including single sign-on, directory services, and mobile-friendly access for a decentralized workforce.

CyberRes implemented a “My Richardson” portal that unified access to cloud, internal, and external applications, added self-service password resets, and used risk-based authentication to strengthen security for remote and high-risk access. The results included improved user experience, better collaboration with partners and customers, reduced operational costs, increased efficiencies, and ultimately higher revenues, while giving Richardson a scalable foundation for future innovation.
