Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN), an independent not-for-profit healthcare network in Ontario, needed a faster, more secure way to onboard and manage access for thousands of healthcare providers while complying with strict privacy and security requirements. Manual provisioning was taking over an hour per user, and OTN wanted a scalable identity and access management approach that could support both modern and legacy applications.
