Obrela Security Industries, working with CyberRes, needed greater visibility and faster threat response for a major Middle East telecommunications client operating a highly complex network with more than 20,000 assets. The challenge was to reduce risk across a large attack surface while avoiding service outages, compliance issues, and other business disruption. CyberRes provided ArcSight Enterprise Security Manager (ESM) and related SIEM capabilities to help address this need.

CyberRes and Obrela implemented a SIEM solution built around ArcSight ESM, combining Obrela’s “Hardcore Content” analytics with centralized log collection, normalization, and correlation. The result was a 10x increase in MSS coverage to more than 10,000 monitored devices, around 8 million alerts handled monthly, and more than 2,500 incidents created automatically each month. The solution also delivered 250+ customized dashboards, giving real-time visibility and helping the client identify and mitigate threats proactively.
