Medica, a nonprofit health plan serving communities across 9 central U.S. states, needed a better way to handle strict compliance-driven access reviews for its 2,000 users. Its manual process for auditing 30+ applications was slow, spreadsheet-based, and took 6–8 weeks per cycle, making quarterly reviews impractical. CyberRes helped Medica automate and simplify access certifications, enabling its first Identity Governance-driven audit to cover 200 managers and nearly 100% of the target population. The audit was completed in just 13 business days and identified 268 access removals, while improving user participation and reducing IT Security’s manual workload.
