Large Travel Organization, a global retail travel platform, needed to secure its own site and customer sites while supporting an agile development model that sometimes left security measures incomplete. To address this, the organization worked with CyberRes and used the ArcSight suite, including ArcSight Enterprise Security Manager (ESM) and ArcSight Logger, to improve log collection and security visibility across its cloud and datacenter environments.

CyberRes implemented a hybrid security model that stored logs in the cloud, used native Azure SmartConnectors to filter out unnecessary traffic, and securely forwarded only relevant security events to the SOC. This reduced cloud costs and network strain, lowered the cloud security footprint, and improved visibility for correlation and long-term storage, while also positioning the organization to evaluate ArcSight Intelligence for insider threat detection.
