Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), a critical infrastructure utility in Dubai, needed to better secure and monitor its converged IT and OT environments. With CyberRes and the ArcSight platform, DEWA built an intelligence-driven security ecosystem that integrates data from more than 10 sources and supports real-time monitoring, analytics, and automated alerting. The solution also enabled AI-driven detection for meter fraud, better asset visibility across nearly 3,000 devices and 25 locations, and a 98% risk mitigation rate. DEWA reported a 30% reduction in alarms and 99% device availability, improving incident response and operational resilience.
