JSC Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus, a specialized financial institution, needed a SIEM platform to automate the collection, monitoring, and analysis of massive information security event volumes while meeting strict national regulatory and certification requirements. The bank evaluated multiple SIEM products and chose CyberRes ArcSight Enterprise Security Manager (ESM) to support its security operations needs and future SOC plans.

CyberRes implemented ArcSight ESM to centralize event collection, correlation, reporting, and incident monitoring across the bank’s diverse IT environment, including custom connectors and correlation rules. The solution now processes about 41.2 million unfiltered events per day, integrated nearly all relevant sources, and helped the bank achieve a state certificate of compliance for its data protection system while also meeting SWIFT security requirements.
