A CyberRes Case Study
The Court of Appeals of Georgia needed to move from paper-based processes to an electronic filing system without sacrificing security. Working with CyberRes, the court looked for a way to give attorneys faster access to court documents while ensuring only authorized users in good standing with the Georgia State Bar could view or upload sensitive files, using NetIQ Access Manager and NetIQ eDirectory.
CyberRes helped the court implement a roles-based e-filing solution with centralized single sign-on, context-based authentication, and granular access controls. The result was a more efficient, ultra-secure filing system that lets attorneys access documents remotely anytime, reduces time and travel costs, and gives the court multiple layers of protection against unauthorized access; the court later decided to make the solution part of its standard process.
