Allegiant Travel Company - Customer Case Study

Allegiant Travel Company, a Las Vegas-based low-cost airline focused on leisure travelers, needed to protect customer credit card data and stay compliant with PCI DSS while processing most of its revenue through its website. Working with CyberRes, the company used Micro Focus Voltage SecureData and Voltage SecureData Web, including Secure Stateless Tokenization and Page-Integrated Encryption, to secure transactions across its booking experience.

CyberRes implemented encryption at the point of entry in the browser and removed credit card data from Allegiant’s systems, reducing the attack surface and simplifying PCI audits. The solution helped Allegiant achieve PCI Level 1 compliance, protect 100% of customer transactions, cut compliance cost and complexity, and free developers to focus on revenue-generating projects, including a new application that produced significant additional revenue.
