TX Group - Customer Case Study

TX Group, a media company with about 6,000 endpoints supporting 3,700 employees, needed a security partner to protect a cloud-first, zero‑trust, work-anywhere environment, support remote access to critical applications, and provide 24/7 monitoring and incident response across multiple agile subsidiaries. To meet those needs they selected Cybereason, deploying Cybereason EDR and later expanding to Cybereason XDR to gain visibility across endpoints, identities, and cloud services.

Cybereason implemented EDR/XDR across Windows, Mac and Linux endpoints and integrated with Okta, Google Workspace, AWS, Digital Shadows and other tooling to fuse identity and endpoint context, surface Malops, and automate responses (including a Slack response bot). The deployment improved global visibility, exposed MFA bypasses and Okta intrusion attempts, reduced the attack surface and cut the number of incidents roughly in half across the 6,000‑endpoint fleet, and accelerated triage and remediation times.
