Leading Power Agency, a government-run operator of two hydroelectric dams in the northwestern United States that together generate nearly 400 MW (enough for 300,000+ homes), faced legacy ICS/OT systems with limited visibility and reliability across 150+ operational assets. Repeated connection and server failures halted incoming power requests from distribution companies and produced revenue losses and customer-impact, so the agency selected Cyberbit’s SCADAShield platform for OT/IT threat detection, operational policy enforcement, and consumption monitoring.

Cyberbit deployed SCADAShield sensors and an Enterprise Management Console to map the network, store and analyze traffic, and visualize services/protocols (CIP, DNP3, Modbus), enabling the agency to find and fix serious misconfigurations, redundant services, unknown IT/OT touchpoints and unexpected traffic bursts.
