Leading Turkish Digital Telco Protects Millions of Customers With Cyberark

Turkcell, a leading Turkish digital telco, faced growing cyber risk from remote work and expanding digital services, especially around protecting user identities, endpoints, and privileged accounts. To strengthen its security posture, Turkcell turned to CyberArk, using CyberArk Privileged Access Manager and CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager to secure critical access across its large IT environment.

CyberArk helped Turkcell protect more than 10,000 endpoints and manage over 70,000 accounts, while also reducing local admin rights and storing passwords in secure vaults to limit lateral movement by attackers. The company also adopted CyberArk Secrets Manager for machine identities, and as the rollout expanded across the business, initial user resistance gave way to broader adoption and stronger trust in the solution.
