E-Global Implements Intelligent Privilege Controls To Protect The Digital Business

Servicios Electronicos Globales (E-Global), Mexico’s largest electronic payment processor, handles seven million transactions daily across hundreds of thousands of point-of-sale devices and must meet stringent financial regulations (including PCI DSS) and over 15 annual audits. As transaction volumes and cyber threats increased, E-Global needed to better secure and control 4,400 privileged accounts without disrupting high availability or business operations.

Working with CyberArk, E-Global deployed CyberArk Blueprint, Privileged Access Manager (self-hosted), Workforce Identity and Vendor PAM to enforce least-privilege, session isolation, adaptive MFA and just-in-time Zero Trust access. The implementation delivered nearly 100% PAM availability, automated credential rotation and session recording, removal of 75% of inactive privileged accounts, centralized audit trails to satisfy regulators, and simpler, secure remote access for hundreds of users.
