Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Closer to Becoming World’s Most Digitized Bottling Operation

Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), the world’s largest independent Coca‑Cola bottler across Europe and the Asia‑Pacific, set out to become the most digitized bottling operation but faced rising cyber risk as digitization increased. CCEP’s Australian, Pacific and Indonesian unit created a three‑year security roadmap focused on strengthening privileged access management and meeting standards like PCI DSS and NIST to reduce both accidental and malicious threats.

CCEP API selected CyberArk Privileged Access Manager Self‑Hosted, integrating it with Azure, AWS, GCP and tools like SailPoint and Qualys, and rapidly deployed protection to several hundred admin and ~1,000 local admin accounts. The implementation delivered a 360° view of privileged activity, drastically reduced opportunities for misuse, replaced manual, trust‑based processes with automated controls, improved audit and compliance performance, and drove efficiency—setting the stage for wider, group‑wide rollout.
