Brazilian Judiciary Partners With Cyberark to Implement Intelligent Privilege Controls

The Court of Justice of the State of Amapá, part of the Brazilian judiciary, needed a stronger way to protect privileged access across users and endpoints and reduce the risks of scattered workstation access. After proof-of-concept testing, it selected CyberArk, including CyberArk Privileged Access Manager and CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager, to support its identity security strategy and enforce least-privilege controls.

CyberArk centralized the management, tracking, and auditing of privileged passwords, while also enabling role-based least privilege and application controls on endpoints. As a result, the Court of Justice of the State of Amapá reduced its attack surface, improved its cybersecurity posture, and created more efficient identity security and management processes; it also uses KPIs such as service desk tickets and privileged-access activity to measure progress.
