OUTSOURCING Inc., a global human resources services company, needed to strengthen governance and endpoint identity security across a large, distributed workforce handling sensitive customer and employee data. With thousands of users and varied PC usage across roles, the company struggled to control local privileges and software installations, especially in engineering environments that had to meet customer security policies. It chose CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager to address these challenges.

CyberArk implemented Endpoint Privilege Manager to remove local admin rights, enforce least privilege, and detect unauthorized tools and software on endpoints. The solution is now protecting about 10,000 endpoints without disrupting daily work, while also improving asset visibility and reducing ransomware risk. OUTSOURCING Inc. said CyberArk has strengthened group governance and security, and the company plans to expand the deployment further across the group and integrate it with CyberArk Privilege Cloud.
