Sprout Social Cuts Access Review Campaign Times by 75% with CyberArk Modern IGA

Sprout Social, a global social media management and analytics company, needed a better way to handle SOX and SOC 2 access reviews as its cloud-first environment grew. Its manual, ticket-based process was slow, error-prone, and difficult to scale across a growing application estate, creating extra work for the GRC team and reviewers. CyberArk Comply, part of CyberArk’s modern IGA offering, was used to streamline and automate the review process.

CyberArk implemented CyberArk Comply and CyberArk Universal Sync to integrate with cloud applications, including systems without APIs, eliminating manual data pulls and simplifying administration. The results were significant: access review cycles dropped from up to five weeks to under two, a new HR tool was onboarded in 30 minutes, and Sprout Social reduced access review project time by 75%, while freeing the GRC team to focus on higher-value security work.
