Raiffeisen, the banking association representing all Rural Banks in South Tyrol, faced significant cybersecurity challenges inherent to the financial sector. These included technological, organizational, and human risks, with a particular need to address the human factor in security. To stay updated on threats and train its staff, Raiffeisen partnered with vendor Cyber Guru.

Cyber Guru's platform, featuring three training programs, was implemented to raise staff awareness and reasoning about cyber risks. The initiative successfully overcame initial employee resistance through its engaging, gamified approach. The result was brilliantly achieved widespread awareness among all personnel, improving their sensitivity to security in both work and private life.
