Oscar Kilo, the home of the National Police Wellbeing Service, required a digital transformation as its previous website had outgrown its systems and could no longer meet user needs. The challenge involved automating manual booking and administration processes, improving accessibility to meet legal requirements, and establishing a clearer brand identity separate from but aligned with the College of Policing. Cyber-Duck was engaged to design and build an updated, user-friendly website.

Cyber-Duck delivered a complete digital transformation, encompassing user experience strategy, service design, and a full Drupal 9 website rebuild. The solution centralized all services onto one platform, introducing automated systems for event and van booking, which significantly reduced manual work for the internal team. The new scalable website provides users with intuitive navigation and a clear purpose, fulfilling Oscar Kilo's legal requirements and setting a strong foundation for future expansion.
