Health Education England (HEE) needed to ensure its in-house Digital Literacy Self-Assessment Tool met strict accessibility regulations for its diverse NHS workforce. They approached vendor Cyber-Duck to conduct an independent audit and provide expertise to make the tool compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA standards and more user-friendly.

Cyber-Duck partnered with KreativeInc to perform the audit, managed the entire testing program, and advised on fixes. After their recommended improvements were deployed, the tool was retested and achieved a 100% pass rate, confirming WCAG 2.1 AA certification. This ensured the tool was legally compliant and accessible for all NHS staff.
