Preview of the Bank of England Case Study

Bank of England boosts organic traffic 6% with Cyber-Duck

Cyber-Duck partnered with the Bank of England to address a significant digital challenge. The Bank's website was dated, its content was difficult to find, and it failed to effectively communicate its mission to its diverse audience, which ranged from specialist economists to students. This project was a key part of the Bank's wider customer engagement strategy.

Cyber-Duck implemented a user-centred design and a colossal content strategy, which included rationalizing over 4,500 web pages. They developed a new design system and an engaging website built on Sitecore. The solution led to a 6% increase in organic traffic, a 308% increase in social traffic, and a 22% increase in mobile traffic. Cyber-Duck's work won the Agency Team of the Year award and received high-level approval from within the Bank.
