Cybage provided an end-to-end Azure data lake implementation for a provider of award-winning cloud, hybrid, and on-premises solutions. The customer needed a uniform view of its product, sales, and customer data to improve operational efficiencies, customer experience, and sales KPI visibility.

Cybage designed a strategy for data ingestion and aggregation, developed a custom API connector to feed data into Azure Data Factory, and implemented a steady data pipeline. This was complemented by a Power BI reporting solution that delivered prescriptive insights. The results included targeted marketing campaigns, predicted customer behavior, and maximized sales likelihood, with daily data loads between 138 GB and 200 GB.
