The client, a leading telecom retailer based in London, faced the challenge of integrating its vast network of distribution centers and local hubs to meet stringent customer SLAs. To achieve this, it needed a highly automated warehouse management system with a low total cost of ownership. The company partnered with vendor Cybage for the implementation of the HighJump Warehouse Management System.

Cybage provided a collaborative implementation solution with HighJump, taking responsibility for changes, deployments, and the full system rollout. This resulted in an end-to-end integration for two main distribution centers and over 90 smaller warehouses with automated systems and the client's ERP. The solution led to a multi-fold improvement in picking efficiency and inventory accuracy, significantly improving customer SLAs through increased order fulfillment rates.
