Cybage implemented an AI-driven donor recommendation engine using machine learning models like K-Means and KNN for segmentation, built on AWS SageMaker. This solution enabled real-time, personalized donation asks and dynamic donor profiling. The project processed 1.2 million transactions to analyze over 300,000 unique donors, creating 160 distinct segments. This data-driven approach consolidated 500+ campaign forms and allowed the non-profit SaaS provider to significantly optimize its fundraising outcomes and donor engagement.
